Super Easy Grooms Cake

The "groom's cake", which is typically chocolate or "themed" is a Southern tradition. Since we are not doing a big, traditional wedding cake, I thought it might be nice to have a chocolate option anyway.

These cakes are from {Publix's Decadent Desserts} section. Why pay $100 for a "grooms cake" when a specialty desert from this great grocer is $18.99-$20.99?
