• Thinking of making tissue paper pomanders for your wedding? Consider making them from coffee filters! They're less expensive, easier to dye the color you want (we'll be tea-dying ours) and a lot less likely to tear. I bought seven 160 count packages for $1 each at the Dollar Tree.

While there, I ran across some cute, plain-jane photo frame 2 packs. That's 2 photo frames for $1! I'll be using them for wedding "things", so look for those to make their way onto the blog soon.

Today's tip is short and sweet.

I've always liked the idea of including a business card sized "registry card" in with a bridal shower invitation. It's one of those little conveniences like map cards and online directions I enjoy when I'm a guest. However, with so many registries online-only these days, how on earth do you fit that long URL onto a business card and it still look nice and neat?

Easy. You create a Tiny URL for it. A Tiny URL  doesn't expire and it's easier to type than all that gobbly gook:
